HIGH කියන්නේ ඒකට පවර් දෙන්න කියන එක. ඊට පස්සේ digitalWrite(13, LOW); කියලා දෙන්න. එතකොට LED එකට යන්නේ Low power එක. එතකොට LED එක ඕෆ් වෙනවා.. ට්‍රයි කරලා බලන්න.. ප්‍රශ්නයක් තිබ්බොත් කියන්න..
